Does Adaptrack sell or share my information?
Never. Adaptrack reads securely connected information from your EHR to calculate nudges at runtime. In other words, Adaptrack’s algorithms run on data that is read from your EHR to detect any relevant nudges for the practice team. No raw data from the EHR is stored on Adaptrack and no updates are made to the EHR by Adaptrack.

How does it work with patient-identifiable information from my EHR?
That's the beauty of it, it doesn't! No patient-identifiable information is used or stored by Adaptrack. Furthermore, our algorithms only read non-identifiable visit-related information (such as demographic flags, ICD-10 codes & medication details) to calculate your nudges. We can't stress this enough, the actual EHR data is not stored on any Adaptrack server or instance.

Will Adaptrack sell my data or information?
No. Our mission is to empower our users with a self-sovereign view of their behavior data.

Does Adaptrack work with other apps - like patient review portals, scheduling systems, EHRs, Doximity?
